Before you write about delivery
Every order is a pre-order and takes 4–6 weeks to reach you, which covers production and transit together. If you are inside that window, nothing has gone wrong and there is usually no tracking to share yet. If the window has passed, please do write — see Shipping & Returns for the full detail.
